Delicious food and drinks great service (waitress 11), very pleasant atmosphere

Nice atmosphere, very friendly service, good international cuisine.

There is only one star because the staff made us laugh really well and the starters (mozzarella sticks & pizza rolls) were really tasty. Otherwise you can't say anything good about the main course. The fries were cold, the burger meat was way too dry and the burger bun was just soaked at the bottom and stuck to the plate. The dessert (brownie cup) wasn't exactly tasty either. The brownie was more of a chocolate nut cake and was totally dry. The ice was already crystallized and of course tasted accordingly. The staff was very overwhelmed with criticism and generally. When I wanted the bill, I was seen but they tried to ignore this until I spoke to the lady. The bill was "calculated" according to your mood. All in all: very bad shop, absolutely not recommended. Bad food and overwhelmed staff. Too bad.

The cocktails were delicious and the service was extremely friendly. Prices reasonable especially in happy hour. To be recommended for a nice cocktail evening. Outside in the radiant heater at the shop.

Bistro located on a corner of the building with outdoor seating. Nice presentation, which invites you to linger and chill. The interior corresponds to the presentation of the well-known style of this chain. The food and drink offer has something to offer for every taste.

Eat good and come quickly. The waitress almost never comes to the table and hardly cares about their guests.

The professionalism of the staff is really great. It is consistently fine and we had a great evening there. The chairs are extremely comfortable and I think the distance between the seats is very adequate. There you don't get the feeling of dining like sardines in a can in the evening; it has never happened to me here that a dish is not warm on the table. The selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired.

You don't have to expect culinary highlights and something healthy. Nevertheless the food tastes good and there is quite a large selection. Breakfast buffet could be more varied and fresher. Otherwise it's just great for the unhealthy sin in between;) The service depends heavily on the staff. Simply put: the more dressed up the service, the slower and more unfriendly. Still come here regularly when we see our favorite waitress there.

Better to go to another branch ... The quality that is delivered does not correspond to what you otherwise get at Café Extrablatt. Wrong prices, on the online menu a piece of cake costs € 2.25 but in this branch it costs € 2.65 - Too much milk in the cappuccino. No firm foam - The cake is now also not lovingly arranged like in other branches .. In addition, the cake had a peculiar aftertaste as if something hearty had been lying next to it for a long time - My data was also not recorded ... What actually has to be done according to the Covid19 regulation Oberhausen seems to have problems with it anyway.

Average cuisine, slow service. I've known the place since it opened many years ago. It subsides more and more ...

Eating is not what you expect. Order takes a long time. Staff simply overwhelmed

Went after 20 minutes without being able to order anything after being ignored all the time, as the waitress preferred to have a long conversation with the bartender leaning against the counter. Other guests were shouting their orders through the whole store. Sad how things go downhill here. Then had a nice evening a few streets further in the transatlantic.

Ridiculous that you have to give your details on a terrace. And may order via a QR code. The catering industry is demolishing itself by participating in this.

The service was friendly and attentive. At lunchtime, however, I only saw one waitress - I felt a little tight at the time. My cappuccino was delicious and the price was right. The other dishes and drinks also have a good price / performance ratio. I recommend everyone who wants to eat a good meal or wants to meet someone for a drink to have a look at the extra sheet in Oberhausen. 🙂

Breakfast buffet is okay for its price but our experience in the evening was horrible. We were sitting at our table for more than 20 minutes without any service staff coming by. Even after asking at the bar nobody could get us anything to drink - not the one constantly standing behind the bar and not the two walking around without anything to do. Taking all the empty tables full of dirty dishes into account, probably nobody there was really working... we left without getting anything to drink and went to Gdanska across the plaza.
